Join us at the Edgemont Community Association for our exciting strength class every Tuesday evening at 6:30 PM! Each session features a format to keep your workouts engaging and effective. Our focus is on strength, density, and functional movement so that everyone, from beginners to advanced participants, can benefit with modifications available for all levels.
